#paintings from #artshows several years apart where a significant shift in style occurred (at least for me, though I still make abstracts from time to time and don’t keep such a narrow focus these days) The top pieces were shown at Art of Yoga studio/gallery in #paseoartsdistrict in #OKC and they put on a great #firstfriday show- the top left piece is now in Germany with a few others 💗 the more #surreal #oilpaintings below are more recent, from about 4 years ago. Portraits and faces themselves are so subjective when trying to reach an audience, but they will forever fascinate me, just like quirks in everyone I meet.
